Némah Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Status
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! Orders must be placed before 2pm on any business day to ensure a faster delivery. Any orders placed after 2pm are shipped on the following business day. Please carefully fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
2. Delivery Time
Once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Némah is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Némah can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
Némah is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
3. Delivery Delays
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Némah. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
4. Taxes & Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Némah is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
5. Home delivery:
Standard delivery - The shipping fee is calculated at the time of check-out as per the pincode. It is FREE (Orders over ₹ 2,000), An additional charge of INR 50/- is applicable on COD. The estimated delivery time will be between 2-8 working days, depending on the delivery address.
