What does Némah mean and why this name?

Hello, thank you for showing interest in our brand. Némah is an arabic word which means blessing. You can find more details by clicking here.

Do I need to create an account?

Signing-up for an account helps you and us to keep a track of your order history and saves you time from re-entering your billing details everytime you place an order.

When can I be expecting the delivery of my purchase?

Once you receive an email confirming your order, depending on the distance from our warehouse- Mumbai, you should be receiving the order within 3 to 7 working days. 

You can track your order by entering the tracking number in the link provided.

I received a damaged product, what do I do now?

We are very sorry to know your experience has been tampered with, request you to please contact us with an image of the damage on email or whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange if available in stock. Thank you for giving us another chance to improvise our mistake.

Do you ship internationally?

Our international shipping is currently being worked on, request you to sign-up to our newsletter to be the first to know about its activation and various offers that come with it.

What payments do you use?

We strive to provide you with the safest and user-friendly payment options. Currently , these are multiple payment options available on our website to provide you with a trusted transaction.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping on an order above INR 2000 is free, costs for orders below INR 2000 are calculated on the basis of weight and location and displayed in your checkout process.

How to place COD orders?

COD is provided by Némah , requesting you to please pay INR 50, as an additional cost levied by the shipping partner for COD service. 

I made an error. Can I ammend my order?

Who lives an error-free life! Please contact us at the earliest with the order number and the change you wish to make, if the order has not been shipped we will try our best to help you.

What is the exchange procedure?

To exchange a product, you can simply log into your account, click on your order and choose to exchange it for a different size or a different product all together, if it’s still in stock. The exchanged product will be picked up, checked and the new product will be delivered to you within 14 working days from the date of arrival of the exchanged product. I am not happy with the received product, I would like to request for a return.

A displayed product has the images to the best representation and required details. To avoid any cheating or worn returns we only accept returns if the received product is damaged and a request has been placed within 24 hours of delivery. Checkout more details here- Refund & Exchange Policy

I am excited to receive my purchase, how do I track it?

We are so excited to be given an opportunity to cater to you, to track our order you can visit the delivery partner’s website and enter your order no. that you have received via email/sms.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not left the warehouse or picked up by the shipping partner, after that cancellation charges may occur. 

I placed an order however have not received any confirmation email or sms.

Sometimes our emails may wind up in the junk/spam folder, kindly check there first or you can also check in the “My Order” section in your Account. 

An item is ‘out of stock’ that I wish to order, what do I do now?

To maintain exclusivity and to avoid fast fashion which often results in fashion pollution as well as labour exploitation, we may not restock an order unless there is high demand.

What is the size that suits me in modest fits?

Modest fits are essentially loser than your regular fit. You may order a size down if you prefer a tighter fit. We highly recommend going through the generic size guide below and a detailed size guide under each apparel for a hassle-free experience.

What are the sizes of your stoles?

We have scarves in a variety of dimensions and fabric, you can understand best by looking under each scarf category.

How do we look after the apparel?

All our clothes use sustainable fabric and require the best care for a longer life, it is recommended to hand-wash every apparel the first time and keep dark colors separately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Why do you recommend hand-washing the stoles/scarves?

Stoles and scarves are made from delicate fabrics to provide the best on-skin experience and hence require a delicate care for a longer shelf life. 

What is so different about the stoles/scarves from Turkey?

Scarves from Turkey are made of premium fabric that are manufactured to be soft and delicate on the skin for the weather that suits our geographical conditions. 

Why are the costs of the garment on the higher side?

All our garments are made keeping the modest needs in mind, they are manufactured a little longer and a little loser, as well as fully lined wherever required resulting in certain extra fabric usage that amount to an inclusive cost tailored to fit your modest needs. 

What is the reason for you not including extra small, small, medium, large and extra large in your size chart?

We at Némah believe in inclusivity and body image positivity,   we avoid limiting ourselves to label a certain measurement as large or small and would like to do our part to eradicate the practice.

What is the reason for offering only exchanges and no returns?

Offering free delivery is a part of our customer service, where Némah incurs the cost of the delivery on behalf of the customer. There are instances where customers often order products, wear and return them. To protect ourselves and our products we do not accept returns at products after 24 hours of delivery.

Are my payment details entered secure?

Yes, you can enter your card details without any hesitation. We have a SSL certificate that ensures all the data remains secure and we only partner with third-party payment applications that are trustworthy.
