Yes, it can be used for both the activities and much more. There is no limitation to the usage of our slip-on scarf.

2. Is it waterproof?

No, the scarf is made with the same fabric as the burkini top, it is UV protecting and helps you cover your hair stylishly but does not prevent water seepage.

For water protection it can be worn over a swimming cap.
